In this role, Ms. Fialkovskaya will advise on Babyscripts’ operations in the payer market and strategic product expansion for high risk populations.

Ms. Fialkovskaya leads venture investment activity and portfolio management for Philips Ventures in North America, the strategic venture capital arm of Philips. She is based in Boston, MA and is focused on early commercial stage digital health investment opportunities that align with Philips’s strategy to improve people's health and well-being through meaningful innovation.

Ms. Fialkovskaya has 20+ years of global experience in Finance, M&A, and Venture Capital in the technology and digital health sectors. She holds an MBA from MIT, and is an ACCA-certified chartered accountant.

She is a founding partner at OKM Capital, mentor and judge at MassChallenge startup accelerator, and Board Advisor at BHS Innovation Fund.
