To Our Users, Customers and Friends:

We are thrilled to announce that Babyscripts has acquired iBirth and is combining this leading patient engagement app into the Babyscripts offering. This marks a significant acceleration in our vision to provide technology enabled, precision prenatal care.

Ever since Juan Pablo and I started Babyscripts, we’ve always had a deep passion to change the healthcare delivery system in the United State for moms-to-be. This passion is at the fabric of how we’ve built Babyscripts and is our one and only mission: to help providers and patients deliver Better Pregnancies.

Over the last four years, as we’ve embarked on our mission, we’ve been challenged by a recurring reality: that transforming healthcare is REALLY difficult. In fact, it’s so difficult that we’ve come to accept the premise that without partnering with our customers to build new products, without partnering with investors to fuel our growth and expertise, and without partnering with larger organizations like General Electric or the March of Dimes to achieve the necessary scale, we won’t ultimately be successful in delivering Better Pregnancies.

We believe that together with iBirth’s patient-focused technology which deepens the patient’s connection to the provider and our clinically focused, risk stratified platform, we can truly accelerate the change that is needed in improving outcomes, empowering patients, and transforming provider workflow.

This acquisition in no way will change our mission and vision for our product. In fact, we think it will only improve the way your patients use Babyscripts and the value they get from being ‘connected’ to their provider through technology.

You can find more information on the acquisition through our press release. We would also love to show you what this will bring to your practice as either a current Babyscripts or iBirth customer, or potential partner in our vision for prenatal care.

Peace and love,
